The Bloody Bird

Original System: Pathfinder (Player)

Systems Featured in: Pathfinder (Player, NPC, Historic Figure), D&D Fifth Edition (NPC)

Name: Raza Lockter

Race: Tengu (PF), Kenku (5E)

Main Class: Tengubushi (PF), Fighter (5E)

Occupation: Leader of a Mercenary company of former Tengu/Kenku Bandits

Archetype: Acrobatic Dexterity based Sword Fighter with ties to a Dark God

Alignment: Lawful Evil

Homeland: Therin, Age 800 BB.

Personality: Cold, warrior with a code, believes that the weak have no right to live, lives for honor and to improve one's own skill, will not strike a helpless enemy, intense hatred for slavers, will only fight for a cause she believes in, is attracted to anyone or anything strong, disciplinarian, military leader, provided she has a child to pass on her mantle, she doesn't fear death for reasons explained in her story.

Appearance: Red leather clad with little metal other than a left side shoulder guard and flexible joints to not hinder movement. The leather fits all along her body except for her hands, head and below her knees to better grip ledges she jumps to and from.

Keeps weaponry loosely secured to body meaning to hinder acrobatic ability, but in doing so, trains herself to adapt with it and become more capable. Eyes are pure black and her feathers should be black as well, however after so many battles her feathers and leather armor have been tinted dark red from the blood of her enemies, leaving an impression.

Even when dry her feathers still show a tinge of red. She is 4'11" and only a light 100 lb due to her slender bird-like frame. Her weapons vary with time, mostly being blades, but she always holds her personal engraved dagger strapped within reach under her right forearm.

Strengths: Superb above average stats in all areas other than wisdom. Skills focused around acrobatics and other skills meant to supplement her warrior code and mercenary work. Her abilities in combat are lightning quick with enough force behind them to kill most enemies before they have a chance to respond.

Character wise, her deal with her god has given her immense powers. Her loyalty to her god can often serve as a fantastic dues ex machina to get herself and her allies out of unwinnable situations.

Weaknesses: Although her charisma is above average, her personality is cold, stand offish, and at first glance, out right cruel. Her allies have never really attempted to care about her, and the only reason she has high charisma to lead her men and to perform a blade dance to earn money when not questing, similar to how a bard would perform.

Also her warrior code can get her into terrible situations, such as being in a one-on-one duel with the leader of a bandit camp who is at least 4 levels higher than her. Her loyalty to her dark god, while helpful can also cause further friction with her and her allies, as the GM is the one who is in control of the God, and her god has asked her to do things that would lead to trouble for her group, and she obeyed without question.
